CHARLIS PENSON

Charlis has spent her career doing what she loves most—helping businesses figure out how to grow smarter, faster, and stronger. She’s not the type to just hand over a playbook and walk away. Instead, she dives in with founders and teams to untangle the messy middle of growth, building systems and strategies that actually stick. Charlis has led sales and revenue teams through everything from scrappy startup chaos to high-stakes global operations. At a leading information services firm, she built sales enablement programs that gave teams the tools and confidence to thrive in competitive markets. At a med-tech startup, she was one of the first boots on the ground, rolling up her sleeves across sales, ops, and product until the company scaled into hypergrowth and a successful acquisition. That mix of startup grit and enterprise polish is what fuels her consulting today. She’s especially passionate about health tech and med device companies, where she helps leaders align go-to-market execution with bigger business goals—whether that’s launching, scaling, or preparing for acquisition. Her approach blends data, creativity, and hands-on leadership to build front-end business operations that don’t just work on paper, but in real life. When she’s not working with clients, Charlis serves on advisory councils supporting inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship. She also mentors founders who are building mission-driven businesses from the ground up. Armed with an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland and decades of experience navigating the ups and downs of high-growth environments, she brings equal parts strategy and humanity to the table.

HEATHER JONES

With more than 26 years in accounting and finance, Heather Jones knows her way around the numbers—but what really sets her apart is how she turns spreadsheets and strategy into stories of growth and success. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she does more than balance the books—she helps balance vision with reality, making sure big ideas have the financial backbone to thrive. Throughout her career, Heather has led teams, navigated challenges, and built financial strategies that don’t just protect the bottom line, but fuel long-term success. She’s passionate about accuracy and transparency, but also about creating a culture where finance isn’t just a back-office function—it’s a driver of innovation and progress. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA from the California University of Pennsylvania, Heather brings both expertise and energy to the table. Her leadership style blends rigor with a forward-thinking approach, inspiring her teams and helping the organization stay strong, steady, and always moving forward.

Curious. Creative. Always up for a challenge. For more than 23 years, I’ve been helping businesses and nonprofits find their voice, stand out, and grow. Whether it’s launching something totally new or giving a tired brand fresh energy, I love turning big ideas into strategies that actually move the needle. What excites me the most is figuring out what makes each brand tick—and turning that into a story and campaign people can’t ignore. I’ve had the chance to do it all: building brands from the ground up, leading bold marketing initiatives, and mentoring up-and-coming pros who are ready to make their mark. When I’m not in the office building your brand strategy, you’ll probably find me out on a run or in the gym—where, let’s be honest, half my best ideas show up. Helping people and organizations reach their potential isn’t just my career; it’s kind of my favorite thing. If you’re looking for someone who brings strategy, creativity, and a whole lot of energy to the table, that’s me.
